Voter fraud is rampant, and people have been casting votes for the deceased and the incarcerated. The only way to ensure that a voter is who they say they are, and are eligible to vote, is to require that a photo ID be shown.

Make Photo IDs Mandatory in Elections
Make every voter prove who they are by the use of a government issued photo ID. This will prohibit people from voting more than once, and will also keep the ineligible from voting under a different name.
