The town council in Avon, IN is proposing a resolution to mandate face coverings in "town owned" (tax payer funded) buildings.  Sign this petition urging them NOT to force masking on the public, but instead to leave it up to individuals to make their own decisions about whether or not to wear a facial covering.

NO Mask Mandate in Avon, Indiana!

To the Avon Town Council Members,

Whereas facial coverings have not been proven to stop the spread of the COVID 19 virus;

Whereas mandated facial coverings in the state of Indiana have had no proven correlation to lower coronavirus deaths and hospitalizations;

Whereas mandated facial coverings in the state of Indiana have had no proven correlation to lower coronavirus positivity numbers;

Whereas facial coverings used improperly have been known to spread bacterial infections such as bacterial pneumonia;

Whereas persons who desire to wear facial coverings are free to wear facial coverings if mandates are not in place;

Whereas some individuals cannot wear facial coverings due to medical reasons;

Whereas Avon Town owned buildings are tax payer funded;

Whereas Avon Town owned buildings are not only funded by those who wish to mandate masks;

 

 

Members of the public should have freedom to choose whether or not to wear facial coverings in Avon Town owned buildings.
